If you've ordered anything from the store recently, firstly thank you very much - you're great! Secondly, please excuse the delay in order processing. There has been a glitch with the Paypal integration which has slowed things down (as a result I've pulled Paypal as a payment option - WIX payments handles cards, and it's far superior tbh). All your orders are logged and I'm whittling through them one by one. You'll get what you ordered, it's just the above coupled with the time of year and the store being unmanned for a few days, plus a surprising amount of turnover means I was unprepared. I do each order manually, you see.
Also worth pointing out that stickers are sent separately at the moment, so if you order a sticker and a mug, for example, they will not arrive at the same time. Well, they might, but they'll be in separate packages and it'd just be coincidence!
Lastly, over half the ltd. run Clement mugs are allocated (I think it's about 28 now), meaning there are only around 20 left. Once those are sold, there will be no more Clement mugs...ever.
